_To transmit to the world of the African stop motion_
*AFRICAN STYLE = KRUMA STYLE *( *stop motion* )
Since the ancestors, Africans have always been great craftsmen (it’s cultural). In some parts of Africa there are castes of artisans. Craftsmanship is an element of the daily life of every African (possession of wooden stools,
wooden combs, headrests sometimes, musical instruments ( balafons, mvet..)…all reminiscent of ancient Egypt ). Negro art from the animist religion of Africans is admirable....... the motifs make you dream (see museums, exhibitions).... It was only to use the obvious logic and this is how the African style also called kruma style was born in memory of the african leader Kwame Nkrumah........ The African artisanal doll becomes a puppet adaptable to cinema!
However, in order not to appear closed, this style humanly admits that the same objects and characters can be drawn .
The interest of this style is that it is fair in international allowing a majority of African to work for films of African animations.
I think that the Afro-Dominicans (Spanish speaking), despite the formal prohibition of the government to practice the animist culture of Africa (that some of them continue to practice it clandestinely),... culture replaced by the Spanish culture, will pay attention to this culture once it is upgraded. I recall that the Afro-Dominicans are the descendants of the slaves of the African kingdoms of the time: wolofs, mandinks, fons, berebred, Yoruba, Efik, Seke, Ibo, Mende, Vai, Susu, Ashanti....... it is the same for African-Americans, *Afri*-Caribbeans, Afri-Brazilians, Afri-Colombians, Afri-Palestinians ….
